£20,491 gross salary pro rata, plus 3% employer’s pension contribution

Based at: Citizens Advice Newton Abbot, with attendance also needed at other locations in the district

Citizens Advice Teignbridge is looking for an experienced, organised and proactive person, with good IT literacy and excellent communication skills.
This role has three parts;
- Healthwatch champion for health and social care service users
- Victim Care Unit coordinator supporting victims of crime by referring them for advice and assistance
- Devon Adviceline Resources to update and develop electronic information
The successful candidate will be an experienced Citizens Advice adviser or equivalent. In post you will need to be a keen promoter of the services, working with individual service users to advise, facilitate and signpost, and attending meetings with decision-makers to ensure the voices of clients are heard. The ability to work effectively with clients, referrers, third party agencies and funders is essential.
