Outreach Supervisor

 21 hours per week

Responsible for: team leaders and volunteers in Teignmouth and Dawlish

Reporting to: Advice Services Manager

Based at: Teignmouth and Dawlish, with attendance also needed at Newton Abbot or other locations in the district

£20,491 gross salary pro rata, plus 3% employer’s pension contribution

 

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive supervisor to lead our service in Teignmouth and Dawlish. The successful candidate will be a skilled motivator and organiser able to relate to the volunteer team, with a commitment to developing and improving the service following its recent restructure. If appointed you will work with our volunteer team leaders to ensure advice sessions are well supervised, coach and develop advisers, allocate resources on an operational basis, and contribute to the strategic development of Citizens Advice Teignbridge as part of a management team.

Responsible for: Managing the IT and telecoms infrastructure of Citizens Advice Teignbridge (Newton Abbot, Teignmouth and Dawlish offices) 

Based at: Newton Abbot

 

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to manage the IT and telecoms service across Teignbridge Citizens Advice. The successful candidate will be a skilled IT professional and organiser able to relate to the whole office team, with a commitment to developing and improving the service.  The role requires both good communication skills and technical knowledge.
